Welcome to Miller Homes’ online public consultation event. This website has been created to provide information about Miller Homes’ proposals for new homes on land to the south of Cockhouse Lane, Ushaw Moor, County Durham.

The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information about Miller Homes’ development proposals and enable you to provide any comments you may have. Design work on the proposal is ongoing, meaning that the information presented here may change in response to comments received.
We are preparing to submit a full planning application for approximately 160 homes ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, private gardens, and shared amenity space.
Please note that this exercise is separate from the statutory consultation that Durham County Council will conduct once the planning application has been submitted and validated. This will provide a further opportunity to make comments on the proposal.
